Sweet Blueberry Egg Clouds


  • 3 Egg Whites
  • Cinnamon (to taste)
  • Pinch of Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Honey (to drizzle)
  • Blueberries (as many as you want)

How To:

  • Preheat oven to 400F
  • Whip egg whites until stiff peaks form
  • On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, shape egg whites into nests with a little “bowl-like” dent in the middle (they won’t change shape when baked)
  • Sprinkle cinnamon and salt
  • Bake for 3 minutes
  • Pull them out and add blueberries into the dent you created and drizzle with honey
  • Bake for 3 minutes
  • Enjoy!
